With the MAT Operator Knowledge module, you can easily verify the training level of line operators and determine which operators require additional training. Moreover, you can identify particular working conditions that make the correct use of machinery more challenging.
How does it work?
MAT Operator Knowledge uses interactions between the operator and the machine, such as button presses on the HMI panel, changing recipe parameters, activations of alarms and notifications to learn a machinery operation pattern. This pattern can be compared with an efficiency KPI, such as OEE or the quantity of defective products to determine the degree of training and confidence of the operator.
