Originally founded in 1885 as a workshop for the repair of textile machinery, Comerio Ercole S.p.A. quickly moved to the design and manufacturing of machinery for the textile industry, specializing over the years in the creation of machines and complete plants for processing rubber, plastic, nonwoven fabric, and special plants. In order to further optimize the performance of its products and enhance the quality of its services, Comerio Ercole meets its customers’ needs with the adoption of HERCULES 4.0, the Industrial IoT platform based on 40Factory’s MAT technology.
HERCULES 4.0 is set up as a platform securely accessible by both Comerio Ercole and its end customers.

On one hand, customers have a tool to gain complete visibility on OEE, consumption, production trends, quality and waste, alarms, and machine downtimes. On the other hand, thanks to HERCULES 4.0, Comerio Ercole can assist customers in optimizing performance, anticipating machine downtimes through adequate supply of spare parts, thus optimizing operating and maintenance costs of the machines.

The MAT architecture allows HERCULES 4.0 to be usable in EDGE mode and is suitably extendable in CLOUD mode, ensuring maximum flexibility in accessing information on modern communication devices such as smartphones, tablets, etc.
