In collaboration with Cibus Tec, the 2023 edition will see the birth of an area dedicated exclusively to Cibus Tec Digital Factory, where the future of the food industry will take shape and substance.

Attendees will have the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in Food Factory 5.0, where the most advanced digital technologies, including Industrial iot, Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence, will merge to revolutionize the way we produce food.

Through the Food Factory 5.0, it will be possible to monitor in real time the efficiency of the machines, identify and resolve any operational problems in a timely manner, as well as access to an interactive 3D catalog for the ordering of spare parts. In addition, the use of cognitive artificial intelligence will facilitate technical support and access to corporate knowledge through Wilson, the virtual assistant based on GPT algorithms.

This pioneering initiative will be based on 40Factory technology, with solutions such as the Industrial iot MAT and MAT XR from Linkersys, integrated with the machines of the participating exhibitors. The objective will be to demonstrate the tangible benefits deriving from the integration of new digital technologies in a collaborative context, both for manufacturers of machines and industrial plants, that will expand their range of services and improve the relationship with customers, both for end users, which will see increased operational efficiency and reduced asset management costs.
