Nearly a year after the first edition, the second workshop dedicated to the virtual assistant Wilson.ai was held on September 26, 2024.

The workshop saw the participation of 15 client companies from the manufacturing and machine-building sectors, operating in diverse industries such as metalforming, plastics, packaging, converting, machine tools, pharmaceuticals, automation, and automotive.

Organized into five working groups, the workshop provided an opportunity to delve deeper into the various implementation methodologies of Wilson.ai within companies. Participants explored how to effectively present the tool to external customers, identifying areas for technological improvements and gathering feedback on desired new features. An important discussion focused on solutions to optimize the product's accessibility and customization; finally, case studies of Wilson.ai’s implementation and integration in specific business contexts were examined.

The feedback, ideas, and insights gathered will serve as valuable guidelines for our future developments, with the goal of offering an increasingly optimized tool capable of meeting concrete and specific needs.
