The 40Company Culture event, which took place on October 10, was designed to create and strengthen our company culture in an original, fun, and educational way.

Sometimes, it’s essential to switch off: to shut down our computers, pause the editorial calendar, and turn off company phones to focus on the people we share our desks with every day and celebrate the journey we’ve made so far.

It was with this spirit that we organized 40Company Culture: a day dedicated to listening, reflecting, and, above all, having fun! We enjoyed a hackathon, splitting into two teams to come up with innovative and creative solutions for engaging remote workers and creating a fun activity for breaks.

Finally, the day couldn’t have ended without a barbecue and lots of laughter together!
